I am a father that has deposited 180 and won 10k, first 4200 came with no issues within 2 days all good no drama.
The drama started once i waited for the second withdrawal and i begged you guys to make it happen before weekend which was more than acceptable but all i got was disrespect and abuse.
Now I have a duty manager telling me they made a mistake and they are terrible sorry for inconviniance and i have you peope telling me things like this.
