I found pacific spins about 4 or 5 months ago. The $101 welcome bonus was nice. Every game played well until that money was gone and you deposited your own money and then it was a completely different story. I played 3 different slots that didn't hit for a single penny in 10 spins on each game. I play on many other casinos and this has been by far the worst experience I've had. Don't waste your money here.

This casino has a terrible customer service. Chat agents are rude and has nothing to offer in resolving an issue. Don't ever play in this casino, they will take your winnings in the middle of your game and in my transaction history, they put I withdrew $217, which I didn't. What a shame.

This casino is trash. Absolutely a scam.
I won $50 from free spins, kept playing and won $1800. I completed the playthrough and was left with about $700 which disappeared in the middle of a game. I was left with $40 and won back up to $1100. Went to cash out $900 and it was rejected saying that I broke the rules by playing progressives even though I had played through all the terms of the bonus. Complete bullshit. Don't waste your time/money.

Took a few weeks to get verified, but once verified, I got the $50 from the free spin bonus within about 20 min. No deposit is necessary. Then after that, they have a bonus that's like over 400% plus 125 free spins - $20 deposit min. but the playthru is super low. So to get my documents verified was a real pain in the butt. Played a $100 free chip they sent me, completed the playthrough with $150 left and was told by support my max cash out would be $100 which sounded totally fine to me. Except I have emailed the documents they asked for and never heard back. I decided to give this casino a chance with their free spins. Everyone who said that they take forever to review your documents before Payout is Right! I submitted my documents to them 9 days ago and I'm still waiting to withdraw $50. It has been over a month since I won $50 from they're welcome bonus. I sent the verification materials they requested and I have yet to hear back from them. The customer service when I can speak to them on the website are constantly repeating the same thing. Saying they don't have access to the banking Department. They gave me a free welcome chip and then spam my email everyday with offers just like any other casino..I can't remember which ones I've claimed free bonuses at and they sent me more free spins with no deposit requirement only issue is I'm in the middle of spinning them, my account is automatically logged out and I go to log back in and it doesn't accept my password. Go to reset password and says my username doesn't exist. I'm guessing they closed my account. After claiming one of their promotions and successfully completing the playthrough requirement I managed to rack up over $300 worth of winnings at which point they claimed a rules violation and voided my winnings. They have a very decent no deposit bonus a very large selection of good games , the signup is very easy to maneuver and for the no deposit bonus it is immediately after the first part of basic signup,as well there are no deposit spins to go with the cash bonus all in all I would give it two thumbs up as for cash out I am still working on that but will most definitley give you the 411 when it comes (hopefully soon LOL).
