Hvad kan jeg sige, undtagen hvad en mafia Casino! Jeg er så effen vred på dette kasino. Her er min anmeldelse:
Først var jeg tilfreds og spillede for over 24.000€ i løbet af flere måneder, både gevinster og tab medregnet. Mine gevinster var meget højere end tab i cirka 90 % af min tid som kunde hos Wildz. På et tidspunkt var mine gevinster 14.000 € og mine tab 2.000 €
Men da mit gevinst-til-tab-forhold var blevet jævnt og derefter steg mine tab, dvs. gevinst/tab-forholdet var cirka=12.000€/14.000€, var der pludselig ingen af mine registrerede kredit-/betalingskort hos Wildz, som jeg havde brugt begge mange gange, virkede. Først kunne jeg kun indbetale, og inden for en time kunne jeg ikke hæve penge. Jeg kontaktede live support og spurgte hvorfor mine kort ikke virkede. Repræsentanten kunne ikke besvare spørgsmålet bortset fra at sige, at han ikke anede hvorfor. Han tilbød at tjekke min konto og finde ud af hvorfor. Mit svar var venligst gør, og at jeg ville vente. Da han kom tilbage, kastede han en del af kasinoets T&C'er efter mig vedrørende verifikation og genbekræftelse og sagde, at jeg skulle verificere mig selv. Dette er en meget vigtig pointe, da han ikke sagde, at jeg skulle genbekræfte eller verificere mig selv igen. Kun at alle kunder skal verificere sig. Talte til mig, som om jeg var en helt ny kunde, og alle svarene på det ene punkt. Intet svar, hvorfor mine kort ikke virkede, og heller ikke, når jeg blev spurgt, hvorfor jeg skulle bekræfte mig selv igen så hurtigt. Intet i den del af deres T&C besvarede mine spørgsmål vedrørende mine kort, der pludselig ikke virkede, og heller ikke hvorfor de bad mig om at genbekræfte så hurtigt. Jeg kunne heller ikke forstå, hvorfor repræsentanten blev ved med at svare mig, som om jeg var ny og derfor havde brug for bekræftelse.
Jeg fortsatte derfor med at bede ham om et mere specifikt svar. Han blev uhøflig, pegede på den del af deres T&C, som han havde sendt, og forlod så bare chatten og lukkede den. Efterlader mig forståeligt nok frustreret, men for det meste forvirret og chokeret over hans holdning. Jeg sender derefter en e-mail til support og stillede dem de samme spørgsmål. Samme svar...ikke ét svar på et enkelt spørgsmål, kun det samme afsnit i deres T&C. E-mail support svarede mig også som en ny kunde, og det eneste svar udover deres T&C var, at alle kunder skal bekræfte deres identitet.....eh duh...hej!!
Jeg besluttede efter dette, at jeg aldrig ville spille der igen og besluttede at lukke min konto. Nu havde jeg på det tidspunkt samlet 75 gratis spins og havde rigtige penge på min konto. Jeg åbner deres hjemmeside og begyndte at logge ind....eller rettere forsøgte at logge ind....da jeg hurtigt fandt ud af, at jeg ikke var i stand til det, da Wildz havde låst mig ude af min konto uden varsel. Så selvom jeg havde ønsket eller planlagt at sende genbekræftelsesoplysningerne igen, kunne jeg ikke!!!
Det hele skete cirka inden for en periode på 24 til 36 timer. Jeg spurgte straks via e-mail, hvad meningen var med at låse mig ude af min konto. Især da jeg havde rigtige penge på min konto plus 75FS! Også hvordan fanden forventede de, at jeg skulle bekræfte mig selv igen, hvis jeg ikke engang kunne logge ind. Jeg modtog intet svar fra support, undtagen først IGEN den samme del af deres T&C og behandlede mig nøjagtigt på samme måde, som om jeg lige havde åbnet en konto . Så kun automatiske svar!
Jeg prøvede at sende flere e-mails og spurgte, hvad der foregik, og krævede adgang til min konto. De gav mig aldrig et svar eller en begrundelse for noget af dette. Blot låste mig ude af min konto og stjal min resterende saldo samt 75fs.
Så jeg siger til alle her, der overvejer at bruge dette kasino, at være meget forsigtige. Jeg havde aldrig haft et problem med dem og havde været tilfreds med deres service, webdesign og spil. Kasinoet havde heller aldrig haft et problem med mig, og jeg havde heller aldrig brudt en regel eller gjort noget forkert. Alt så ud til at gå ad helvede til for mig, så snart mit tabsforhold var gået til omkring 14.000€ sammenlignet med mit gevinstforhold på omkring 12.000€. Det faktum er det eneste, jeg kan pege på, der var anderledes, udover pludselig ikke at kunne bruge mine kort..
Den eneste gang, jeg hørte fra dem igen, var for at besvare min sidste e-mail, hvor jeg bad om at få mine penge tilbage med det samme. Også at de lukker min konto på grund af deres opførsel overfor mig og beholder deres 75fs. Deres svar havde intet at sige, udover at de ville lukke den. Intet om mine penge eller mine tjente fs.
Jeg vil gerne gentage her endnu en gang, at jeg aldrig, ikke en eneste gang, havde brudt en eneste regel i deres T&C, og jeg havde heller aldrig forsøgt at gøre det.
Jeg har aldrig nogensinde stødt på noget, der ligner denne oplevelse. Jeg kunne heller aldrig selv forestille mig en sådan behandling af en meget loyal og hyppig gambler på et kasino med Wildz' tilsyneladende høje score på Guru og deres størrelse.

What can I say except what a mafia Casino! I'm so effen angry at this Casino. Here is my review:
At first I was satisfied and gambled for over 24.000€ during several months, counting both winnings and losses. My winnings were much higher than losses for cirka 90% of my time being a customer of Wildz. At one time my winnings were 14.000€ and my losses 2.000€
However, when my win to loss ratio had become even and then following that my losses increased, i.e. win/loss ratio was cirka=12.000€/14.000€, suddenly neither one of my registered credit/debit cards at Wildz, which I had used both many times, worked. At first I could only deposit and then within an hour I couldn't withdraw funds. I contacted live support and inquired as to why my cards did not work. The rep could not answer the question except to say that he had no idea why. He offered to check my account and find out why. My response was please do and that I would wait. When he came back he threw a section of the Casinos T&C's at me regarding verification and re-verification and said I needed to verify myself. This is a very important point as he did not say that I had to re-verify or verify myself again. Only that all customers must verify themselves. Spoke to me like I was a brand new customer and the answers all to that one point. No answer why my cards didn't work nor, when asked, why I needed to verify myself again so soon. Nothing in that section of their T&C answered my question(s) regarding my cards suddenly not working nor why they were asking me to re-verify so soon. Also I couldn't understand why the rep kept answering me like I was new and therefore needed verification.
I therefore proceeded to ask him for a more specific answer(s). He became rude, pointed to the section of their T&C that he had sent, then simply left the chat and closed it. Leaving me understandably frustrated but mostly confused and shocked by his attitude. I then send an email to support and asked them the same questions. Same response...not one answer to a single question, only that same section in their T&C. Email support also answered me like a new customer and the only reply besides their T&C was that all customers need to verify their identity.....eh duh...hello!!
I decided after this that I would never play there again and decided to close my account Now at the time I had accumulated 75 free spins and had real money in my account. I open their website and started to sign in....or rather tried to sign in....as I quickly found out that I was unable to do so, as Wildz had locked me out of my account without warning. So even if I had wanted or planned to send the re-verification information again I couldn't!!!
This all happened cirka within a 24 to 36 hour period. I immediately inquired by email as to what the meaning was of locking me out of my account. Especially since I had real money in my account plus 75FS! Also, how the hell they expected me to verify myself again if I couldn't even sign in. I received no response from support except first AGAIN the same section of their T&C and treating me exactly the same as if I had just opened an account. Then only automated replies!
I tried sending several more emails asking what was going on and demanded access to my account. They never gave me an answer or reason for any of this. Simply locked me out of my account and stole my remaining balance as well as the 75fs.
So I say to everyone here who is considering using this Casino to be very careful. I had never had an issue with them and had been satisfied with their service, web design and games. Also the Casino had never had an issue with me nor had I ever broken one rule or done something wrong. Everything seemed to go to hell for me as soon as my loss ratio had gone to around 14.000€ compared to my win ratio of around 12.000€. That fact is the only thing I can point to that was different besides suddenly not being able to use my cards..
The only time I heard from them again was to answer my final email, in which I requested my money be returned immediately. Also that they close my account due to their behavior towards me and keep their 75fs. Their response had nothing to say except that they would close it. Nothing about my money or my earned fs.
I wish to reiterate here once again, the fact that I had never, not once, broken a single rule in their T&C nor had I ever attempted to do so.
I have never ever encountered anything even remotely similar to this experience. Nor could I have ever even imagined such treatment of a very loyal and frequent gambler at a Casino with Wildz's apparent high score on Guru and their size.
DO NOT TRUST THIS CASINO!!!
