EDIT: Nu svarede compliance-teamet mig med detaljerede oplysninger om, at overførslen kan tage op til 5 dage. Så endnu en gang fortsætter de med at lyve. Hvorfor ikke bare sige, at pengene aldrig kommer, hvis man insisterer på at lyve og finde på nye deadlines?
Jeg skrev indledningsvis en anmeldelse om dette firma, og hvordan det bruger tvivlsomme metoder til at maskere dets kortbetalinger som ikke-spiltransaktioner for at omgå spilleblokke. Jeg slettede det, fordi jeg ønskede at give dem fordelen af tvivlen på grund af årsager, der er beskrevet nedenfor. Under alle omstændigheder starter historien med, at TrustDice maskerer deres korttransaktioner som ikke-gambling-transaktioner, hvilket efterlader mig sårbar og ude af stand til at beskytte mig selv mod indbetalinger, selvom mit kort er blevet blokeret fra at bruge gambling-websteder på grund af alvorlige psykiske problemer.
Jeg kontaktede Trust Dice og anmodede om en refusion, og efter en hurtig frem og tilbage blev de enige om at give en. Det var besværligt at få oplysninger om status for tilbagebetalingen. Overholdelsesteamet gav blandede oplysninger, sagde, at de havde behandlet betalingen en dag og gav mig et nøjagtigt beløb, for at gå tilbage til at sige, at de 'stadig mangler at afslutte gennemgangen og de nøjagtige beløb, der er involveret'. Jeg blev ignoreret i chatten, og da jeg ikke var det, var personalet ekstremt uhøfligt og afsluttede chatten og blokerede angiveligt mig. Denne fiasko tog alt i alt over 80 timer - tre dage og nogle timer - som alle føltes virkelig stressende. Nå, mandag aften finsk tid gav TrustDice mig, hvad de påstod, var en bekræftelse på tilbagebetalingerne. De sendte mig et skærmbillede af tekstlinjer med påståede transaktionskoder og transaktionsreferencer sammen med refusionsbeløbene knyttet til hver af disse.
Sammen med 'bekræftelse af, at de har behandlet refusionerne' fortalte de mig, at det 'normalt tager mellem 2-3 hverdage at behandle refusionerne', og at 'det er den normale tid, bankbehandlingerne tager' og desuden, at 'de ikke kan påvirke dette på nogen måde, desværre'.
Koderne, de sendte mig, genkendes ikke af SWIFT-systemerne, og nu hvor det kun er et par timer, til det er tredje hverdag, kan min bank stadig ikke spore de påståede tilbagebetalinger. På dette tidspunkt er jeg meget i tvivl om, jeg nogensinde vil se pengene. Overholdelsesteamet er radiostille, og jeg er blevet blokeret fra chatten uden grund. Jeg har forsøgt at anmode om opdateringer fra begge medier, men virksomheden synes at mene, at det er et smart træk at lyve for og ignorere nogen efter at have brugt boghyldefirmaer til at omgå korttransaktioner.
TrustDice skylder mig i alt 820 euro. De påstod, at de allerede har betalt dette beløb, men sjovt nok ignorerer de mig totalt, og jeg har aldrig modtaget pengene. Jeg vil opdatere min anmeldelse, hvis jeg faktisk nogensinde får pengene. Jeg har det rigtig dårligt, da jeg har ventet på mine penge siden mandag, hvor jeg første gang gav 'bevis' på, at tilbagebetalingen var foretaget. Jeg begynder seriøst at miste håbet, i betragtning af at der ikke er nogen måde at kontakte TrustDice på, da de totalt ignorerer mig.

I initially wrote a review about this company and how it uses dubious methods to mask it's card payments as non-gambling transactions to circumvent gambling blocks. I deleted it because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt due to reasons detailed below. Anyhow, the story starts with TrustDice masking their card transactions as non-gambling transactions, leaving me vulnerable and unable to shield myself from depositing, even though my card has been blocked from using gambling websites due to severe mental health issues.
I reached out to Trust Dice requesting a refund, and after a quick back and forth, they agreed to provide one. Getting information about the status of the refund was a hassle. The compliance team provided mixed information, saying they had processed the payment one day and providing me an exact sum, to going back to saying they 'still need to finalize the review and exact amounts involved'. I was ignored in the chat, and when I wasn't, the staff was being extremely rude and ending the chat and supposedly blocking me. This fiasco, all in all, took over 80 hours - three days and some hours - all of which felt really stressful. Well, on Monday evening Finnish time, TrustDice provided me with, what they alleged was confirmation about the refunds. They sent me a screenshot of lines of text with alleged transaction codes and transaction references, along with the refund sums attached to each of these, respectively.
Along with 'confirming they have processed the refunds' they told me that it 'usually takes between 2-3 business days to process the refunds' and that 'this is the standard time the bank processes take' and furthermore that 'they can not influence this in any way, unfortunately'.
The codes they sent me are not recognized by the SWIFT systems, and now that it's only a few hours untill it's the third business day, my bank still can not track the alleged refunds. At this point I am highly doubtful I will ever see the money. The compliance team is radio silent and I have been blocked off from the chat for no reason. I have tried to request updates from both mediums, but the company seems to think that lying to and ignoring someone after using book shelf companies to circumvent card transactions is a smart move.
TrustDice owes me a total of 820 euros. They alleged they have already paid this sum, but funny enough, they totally ignore me and I have never received the money. I will update my review if I in fact ever get the money. I feel really bad, since I have waited for my money since Monday, when I first given 'proof' that the refund was made. I am seriously starting to lose hope, considering that there is no way to contact TrustDice as they totally ignore me.
