Their promotional article stated that weekly lossback was available for any VIP tier, even the base tier, starting from 5%. However, after I lost over $10,000 on the platform, I contacted customer support and they refused to provide any lossback.
Support then told me that this benefit is only available for very high-level players, such as Platinum players with VIP host support. In reality, this means players may need an extremely high wagering amount, possibly over $10 million wager, to qualify.
This is completely different from what was advertised. If the promotion says any VIP tier can receive weekly lossback, but in reality normal players cannot receive it, I consider this false advertising.
The customer support team also gave unclear and inconsistent explanations instead of taking responsibility. Based on my experience, I do not trust this platform and I would not recommend it to other players.
