For more than 2 weeks nobody helps me with the issue.

I couldn't find any email from you, though. Could you describe the error you experienced while submitting the complaint, please?

I can see that you already submitted a complaint once before, so what is the issue now?

How about you try to summarize the complaint details into an email sent to community@casino.guru ?

I'm trying for 2 weeks and I get the same error ,no chance to finish the complain,if I press submit complain I get that error mentioned earlier.

In my opinion, the best decision. It should take more or less a day to get the complaint official. If you come across any other problem, I'm here - or my colleagues.

I have been waiting since the 29th January for my £180 withdrawal and still not recieved it stay away they are doing everything possible not to pay me out !!

Did the casino tell you why it's been over a week? Is this your first withdrawal? Was it necessary to verify with the casino or not?

I win 33 thousands euro and they blocked my account after I widrawal 5 telling me that I broke they're rules,my account was fully verified by them ,even after that they blocked and confiscated my funds.

They tried to Trick me to play with bonuses but I always refused them.

I haven’t played with bonus funds either I refused them mine is only £180 so not a lot compared to urs but I still want it

They blocked my account without showing me any proofs that I broke the terms and conditions,never played with bonuses,never requested them,never asked any favors.

Practically they can find excuses to don't pay the winings...

Is frustrating to experience such a impossible situation

So was it already approved those documents you sent? This is important because without it you can't withdraw the money yet.

In my situation they simply refuse to show the proofs that I did something wrong this is for almost 3 months... imagine,they can do whatever they want

Also, the casino has responded to your complaint and we'll see what they provide to our team if they have any questions. Also, you said you have proofs in your defense, so it will be up to Kubo to evaluate the whole situation.

They responded with exactly the same copy paste text like in ask gamblers website complain,when the complain team asked proofs they simply refused any other communication.

On email support they didn't respond to me from november last year.

They can do whatever they want with customers real balance.

At any moment,at they're discretion this casino can terminate any account and substract any funds .

I hope this casino guru will see the true face of this casino
