Jeg ønsker dig en vidunderlig aften fra Østersøkysten... På en eller anden måde lyder det hele bekendt for mig, jeg har stadig over €1000 på uret på 1Red... Præcis de samme undskyldninger!!! Der er ikke engang givet en begrundelse for, hvorfor billederne og dokumenterne fejlede den påståede verifikation... Det er bare mærkeligt, at jeg nu har kunnet verificere mig selv hos 2 andre spillehaller med netop disse billeder...

Jeg forsøgte kun at bekræfte min konto der, da jeg ville hæve... Der gik mindst 2 uger mellem mit indskud og første forsøg på at hæve... Så bad jeg support om hjælp... Men det eneste svar, jeg fik, var at jeg skulle uploade flere dokumenter og at behandlingen ville tage omkring en time... Jeg slettede alle dokumenter flere gange og uploadede dem igen... ID-kort for/bag, kørekort for/bag, 4 eller 5 forskellige regninger og kontoudtog, hvorpå indskuddet er synligt... Det er længe siden... Men den nuværende status behandles stadig (jeg tror, uret stoppede, hvor den 1 time er aflæst)... Efter min mening er støtten også lavet op af bots...

Too bad it has to be this way. The site itself looks promising and actually offers everything I am looking for. Unfortunately, because of the way they treat customers and not paying out credits, I do not recommend anyone to play here. I have been around for a while and am well aware of possible reasons why 1Red would not pay out, this is not an issue for me. This is simply an amount honestly won with my own money and it does not suit them to treat me in this way.

The messages I have gotten differ from being forwarded to the senior manager, additional security checks, additional review due substantial amount, and a whole variety of reasons but I’m none the wiser unfortunately after more then 2 weeks and 70+ emails back and forth.


Also, no past withdrawals done by me.

Your frustration is really understandable here, but hopefully your complaint will move forward soon and we'll find out what is really going on.

Surely not a good start at this casino, right?

Have you checked if the documents you provided were in the right format and quality, though? This is often a reason why the casino doesn't accept them, to tell you the truth.

I posted my reply in my complaint thread. I was not sure if this was the right space.


Long story short, they aknowledge their failures and notice that no breach or mistake was done on my end of their policy.


Maintaining a bit skeptical after about 100 e-mails back and forth with them…
