Hmm, I think that should be fine as these are common things the casino needs for account verification. Have you sent the documents to the casino yet or are you just about to ? I think it would be best if you cooperate to make everything go faster.

They told me to wait for 14 days and maximum time 30 days for letter of verification but it's been almost 40 days since I am waiting and no one is bother to give a status of verification process.

Worst ever casino I have ever seen !!! Careless!!!! This was not at all expected from 1win security team.!!!!.
