This casino has ignored my email to close my account and after I submitted i complaint here they said that they have changed their email ID and the one I sent sent to is no longer active. In fact the email support ID is still the same on their website and no other one for support.

Just a question if I may - I checked the unresolved complaint briefly and probably missed the part about different email IDs, but when you say email ID, what does it mean specifically please? Are you saying the casino said your previous request was not received because the email was changed but it still the same on the website?

They promote themselves on review platforms claiming to have "Instant" (Ani) withdrawals, but the reality is completely different. As you can see in my screenshots, they don't process payments instantly—instead, they are experts at instantly canceling them!

On July 16, 2026, my withdrawal requests were repeatedly canceled one after another within hours, and the last one is just stuck on "Pending" (Gözləyir).

Their "Instant" speed only applies to canceling your transactions, not paying your money! Do not trust their false advertisements.
