Yesterday with over $5000 in my account they disabled my account with no email or notice. They are not telling me why and I am unable to get a hold of them. Can you help me with this ?

Well, that's unfortunate. I see you had quite a nice amount and it is always good when the casino tells you the reason why they decided to block the player's account. That way we can just guess, and I don't like to do that.

I have not received any money yet. They stated some term basically saying they can shut down my account anytime they want. They have began to respond to emails but very vague and have starting asking for more verification documents to try to just get me to go away.

yes i am waiting for 3 wothdrawls. The first was made 3 november and the last ondes was withdrawls was made The 5.th november. And my account is fully verified.
