That's good news. In the UK and all casinos I have used they stipulate in their terms and conditions that all deposits must be made in the name of the registered card holder only. People over time have had problems with that issue. So good luck getting your money.

I think it's pretty common and accepted practice that when you play in a casino you have to use everything in your name. There are definitely exceptions, but I would certainly look into such things beforehand, because I don't think it's a scam. 

I also found in the Terms and Conditions that the casino may ask you to verify your payment method ownership. So in the future, make sure you check these things out and if it's not clearly written, make sure you ask the casino and take a screenshot if they tell you it's not a problem.

I've deposited about 25eur. Won around 75eur. ive tried to withdraw it but they had to verify me. okay. ive sent every documents they asked for. Sadly, my account has been frozen, the help-chat can't tell me why and my money is gone. What is going on here? One year ago everything was fine and now theyre deleting accounts without any reason and taking money?
