Correct me if I am wrong, but Chipstars never had a Serbian licence, they have a Curacao licence and they are available in the same countries as many other Curacao casinos.

I am playing from the UK, on 3 casinos, none of which have a UK licence and they are all better than the UK licenced casinos. No offense, but even a Curacao licence channels more trust than a Serbian licence.

And how do you know if it did or did not have a license? If it did not have one, it would not be available to players from Serbia. And which license is more valuable to you is absolutely irrelevant.
