So we'll see what happens when you opened a complaint. I'm also quite curious to see how it goes since you only took one bonus. They did give you a justification, but I think it was quite general and I don't know what could have happened from their point of view. But I believe we'll know more when we contact them.

Hello, Ive done a withdrawal at Gamblezen and ive been verified and everything is green ive waited 24 hours but nothing have been proccessed of my withdrawal. I really enjoyed playing on Gamblezen and really want to keep playing there but i dont get why withdrawals get delayed and all agents give me same answer that i have to wait. The withdrawal is 775 euro only so i dont understand why its such a delayed proccess.

in my opinion, 24 hours is not a delay at all. Try to hold on and be patient. Depending on the payment option, it may take a couple of days. Moreover, many casinos do not process payouts on weekends. Have you checked that out maybe?

Hello, Why i wrote that is because agent told me it takes 24 hours max so i thought it was a 24 hour process. They sent me a KYC verification of bank details so im wondering how long that will take. It took almost 72 hours for a mail from them about kyc so lets see how long it takes for verification🙂 Overall its a good gambling site i just wish the withdrawals was a bit faster

I completely understand your feelings and so when someone tells you that it should be in a day, the player expects the casino to manage it in a day. But as Radka said, a day is still basically nothing and casinos often don't make withdrawals on weekends. 

So you'll definitely have to pass the verification first to be able to withdraw. That's probably what's holding you back.

Would you let me know when your bank statement is in order if the casino wanted anything else from you or not?🙂

Well they wanted more bank details/ Iban bic etc yesterday and i sent the last part in of everything and i got fully verified but the withdrawals are still pending. Usually when you get fully verified after they ask you for documents to go ahead with the withdrawals then the withdrawals maybe should get completed at the same time aswell after everything is fine and green.😕

Thats what i mean and it feels like all their agents either they are A.is or robots because everyone has exactly the same answer. And they said that their department works everyday so i thought weekends was included but oh well. I got my money after 4 days🤷🏽‍♂️

I would say that the processing time can be counted from the time you were verified. So I would wait a while longer. Sometimes it's better not to rely on the fact that withdrawals are basically almost instant or very fast because it may also depend on the payment method you use, or the third party provider if the casino uses one, etc. 

Anyway, what payment method did you use to withdraw? Did I see right you have your money on your account? 🙂

I would love to have problems with this casino like Hermanoo23 🙂 They have locked my account with around 2000 euro in the balance without an explanation and they ignore my emails when I ask for it (I made a deposit on 600 euro there).

I also looked at your complaint and saw that the casino has been contacted. What's sadder is that it's been weeks and they still haven't responded to explain the situation. But we will have to wait for that, unfortunately, and I hope the casino will get back to us soon.

I would prefer to spend more time on something more constructive than this. They locked my account almost 3 weeks ago and I still don't know why. If they have clear reason for this kind of actions they should just clarify it and end of the story. We are talking about much money so it is a serious thing. I hate when somebody doesn't respect the time of another people. I am really surprised that this casino is rated such good.

Unfortunately, we cannot speed it up. Since the casino is now to respond, it is difficult. We don't have any way to force someone to answer. 

Of course, on the other hand, I sympathize with you because I would feel the same way in your shoes.

I hope this gets sorted out as soon as possible.

Hello everybody.

I decided to deposit 230 kr for the Bonanza extreme bonus of 333% on the 14th of mars.


I finished the bonus wager on the 16th of mars and requested a withdrawal on the 18th of mars and it is still pending.


The automatic verification process was done 18th of mars before i made the withdrawal request of 3941 nok.


The automatic verification process acquired: full id, i sent my passport (front and back)

Bank utility bill for proof of address.

And last but not least a selfie of me holding my pass.


On Wednesday the 19th, i received an e-mail from Gamblezen and they requested more information:


1: Bank account number / IBAN (international bank account number

2:  Bank ID / BIC (bank identification code)

3: Detailed address of beneficiary (postal code, street, city, country) i could not imagine i had to document my address one more time as it was all ready documented through the automatic verification process on the site.

4:  A color photo of the Credit / Debit Card which you have used to recharge your account (front and back sides). For security reasons, only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card and the expiration date must be visible. The digits on the reverse side and the CVV / CVC must be covered.

 


So i sent screenshot's of all the documents they needed and sent them just a few minutes later it was sent, 5 screenshot's which clearly documents owner of bank, credit card forth and back side everything.


They have not even responded back to me after i sent them all documents possible.


Gamblezen smells Fishy all the way up to Nor! They are holding my winnings i don't know why since i have done everything i can and documented everything they requested. It ruins the whole experience playing on Gamblezen this delaying of withdrawals it's just really stupid from their side! It's not the players fault!!!


I would not recommend this casino to anyone please stay away, withdrawal is a complete nightmare and they're not paying out any winnings 🤬


Update: Man 24/ Mars


I just received an Email from Gamblezen right now and they are asking for even more documents like all the credit cards i have used to make a deposit on the site: i have explained to them that these two cards: 543977******3852 and 543977******8932 are both prepaid Mastercard's that comes with a 500 nok on them and they are empty and tossed months if not years ago!


it's a good thing everybody here can watch how Gamblezen treats theyre players. I am ready for more bullshit from they're side.
