I had contacted live chat support multiple times since October and they kept reverting by saying they're experiencing high amounts of payouts etc and everything was delayed.
Eventually my withdrawal was automatically rejected last week with the balance added back to my account.
I requested the withdrawal again and complained in the live chat again. I told them that I had been waiting for 4 months and wanted the withdrawal expedited, they said they would raise it internally.
A couple of days later I received an email from support asking me to provide some KYC documents. I provided these and then received payment the following day.
Obviously wouldn't recommend anyone else to use them, but maybe some hope for others to eventually get their money out.
