Hi guys, I’m hoping someone can help, I’ve withdrawn £650 from golden genie on the 25th October, waited the 21 working days but still not received my winnings, the winnings were not from a bonus and I’ve completed all the verification checks, every time I contact them I get the same message that there are delays due to checks or due to high volumes of requests, I’ve never experienced anything like this and now believe I’ve been scammed, just want to know if anyone has actually ever been paid out and if so how do i go about getting my money? Thanks 👍

Hello, I hope the casino is going to pay, because from what I see in the review, it could be a problem. 🙁
Normally, I would suggest a complaint, but I found this warning:
"No Reaction Policy for complaints:
This casino refuses to assist in resolving any players’ complaints. All of our previous attempts to establish any cooperation were overlooked. Therefore, the majority of newly submitted complaints are marked as unresolved and have a negative impact on the casino’s rating."
Hopefully they are truly just delayed!
