Det føles faktisk meget mærkeligt, og din indsats er hinsides et høfligt samarbejde, så jeg tror, at der må være en hak på casinoets side. Honestly, after your last two posts, I find it hard to believe that none of the pictures were usable. It indeed feels very strange and your efforts are beyond polite cooperation, so I think there must be some catch on the casino's side. I hate to speculate, but perhaps they use some sort of automatic photo review software, or who knows?
As I said, keeping you trying is torture. A reasonable casino would initiate the call, I'd say.
