Well, the problem with chat is that you have to type the comand " chat with operator" or something like that to get connected to the operator, otherwise its just bot reacting to key words like: withdraw, deposit etc.

Ohhh, like, really?

Not very user-friendly for my taste. Still, many casinos rely on chat bots, at least for the first few questions. But I'm still convinced certain matters, and especially issues, require a personal touch,... I'm probably getting too old for AI chats and bots alike 😀.
