I mean, this isn't the first time you've been quite abusive towards us, so I think a warning on your part would be in order. We will try to help you in any situation that arises. It's okay for players to come up with things or have concerns and express them. You come here and write the same thing under I don't know how many casinos, how our ratings are inadequate, how such and such casino is a scam, and then ask for help from us. What's even funnier is that so far you've filed one complaint, and thus you haven't proven anything about any other casino being a scam.
So if this is all going to continue to be based on your assumptions and no facts, you can go look at the ratings and post on some other forum.

This the worst casino ever. Believe me they will take your money. They lie, deceive, everything to take your money. Even with the bonuses. Limiting wins, limiting available games for play, limiting bonuses. They have their own rules. The support is not helpful at all. Every award u see and rating they paid for it. I am really stupid and i played there a lot. After many losses i can say that they can take your money at point as they want. This is the casino where the games are taking a lot of money. Hello. I know this is going to sound quite rude, but every casino has its rules - terms and conditions. From your post, however, it feels like you suggested that the casino change "their rules" to gain some sort of advantage. Honestly, I can't say this for sure, so if you don't mind, do you care to explain how specifically the casino cheated on you in terms of bonuses, limits, games, and whatever else?
In my opinion, concrete, honest experience works better than a general warning, even though it is still appreciated. Perhaps there is even a way to help you. Please consider that.

Well, the way I see it, you need to withdraw the money once you meet the wagering requirement. In my view, you shouldn't have continued to play. It is one of the most stupid bonus terms, if you ask me. Makes no sense in the manner of casual playing:
"1.5. Please note that you must first claim the winnings received from the no deposit bonus, and then, when withdrawing, make a new deposit in order to continue playing without winning limits."

I queried with the live chat and they assured me that i'm not regitered. My login details are saved in my google password.
The logo have also changed. It used to be a jester hat as on their page in Casino Guru, Clicking on the link in Casinoi Guru also takes me to .io. This is the final message in my chat for the agent:
" Actually we never delete the information about the player from our casino, we just don't have such a technical ability. So means if you ever was logged on our website this info was never was deleted."
So yea, not sure whats going on there.

I'd say that's quite a strange situation. If you are simply registered there, then I don't understand how your account can "disappear" simply by moving to another domain.
I would expect the casino to say more about this, but if they don't see any account like this then I guess there's nothing more to say.
If they don't have your email and therefore can't do anything to help, I honestly have no idea what to recommend.
Opening a new account would be a possibility but if you've already had one, then I don't know if I'd do it.
I would probably try to find the email that confirms your registration at this casino and show it to them.🤔
I totally agree, even 3 weeks is not that bad of wait time. The issue with Goodwin brands is that most of the time is 2 months plus, let's hope that they will either stop that, or get delisted from everywhere.
If this continues, I believe that the players will find out about it and we will also look into such things and try to warn if it continues.
But we have to be conscientious about everything and we can't just throw warnings at whatever.
It has to be well thought out and of course we have to inform the casino that such things are not very fair to the players.🙂
