To this day, there were only 2 complaints submitted against this casino so it's pretty tricky to guess how they cooperate in general - now we found out. Well, what could I possibly say in this situation 🙁...

I felt this was going this way because an honest casino would have emailed me straightway to at least let me know that they were blocking my account instead they just ignored me till I raise the issue publicly.
Who does that unless is a rogue casino?
The found so many excuses and not one single evidence aganist me and they to throw shades against the game provider and even doubting the checks the casino guru did.

Hi there, anotherweek has passed , has the reputable casino bothered to giv any evidences to excuses the possesation of my money?
I would like to know what is the next step if the casinois is ignoring casino guru as it has been doing to me or a month nad half.

i understand they havent got anything on them to prove I cheated has i didn't, they shoudl at least share the official statement from the game provider. Hops.. they can't as the game provider also statr3d that i didn't cheat.
Funny has they shared the felix statement for another case 2hixh had nothing to do with my case but they are adamant that the game provider is wrong, casino guru checks were wrong yet after a month and half they cant show evidence for their accusations and they are keeping my money.

My biggest question so far is why casino guru gave them such a good score as they a new casino and they do not have a license.
The casino shoudl be put on the rogue casino list, other players trusting casino guru good reputation they will be scammed.
it is obvious the casino doesn't care about their reputation as they are refusing to pay with not evidence and they totally slandered the game provider publicly because they stated I did not cheat! They also denied the checks of casino guru.

I doubt this matter can be resolve peacefully as this casino has been lying and even publicly defaming the game provider because they stated i did not cheat.
Im 100% convinced now they are scammers.
