I applied for a 2 withdrawals in 2 days off 800 AUD as thats the limit, its been a week and they are still reviewing this. Everytime I message them they say the same thing, oh sorry please be patient but cannot give me a time frame or reason why its taking so long. If it takes this long to review hoe long is it gonna take to process, such a joke. Ive never experienced anything like this on any online casino. Usually verification within a day then money in the account easily within 3 days sometimes the same day. I feel like im just talking to robots and im being scammed.

I recently won roughly 9K on monster win.com as a level 2 you can withdraw up to 750$ a day once per day with a maximum of 3 pending withdrawals, my first 2 withdrawals of 750$ went through, I received them under 72 hours (business days) a week later I’m still waiting on 3 new withdrawals of 750$ each (2250$) all placed more than 100 hours ago ( 4+ business days) every time I get in contact with support they give me the same excuses.
