Griberen blev synligt ført præcist hen over hullet og sluppet på en sådan måde, at krabben bevidst faldt ved siden af den. Dette så tydeligt ud til at være blevet manipuleret.
I livechatten sagde de blot, at det var "ingen fejl" og "ingen sejr".
Da jeg bad om en teknisk forklaring, blev chatten simpelthen afsluttet.

Men denne visuelle repræsentation er misvisende og bedragerisk for spillerne.

I know that sometimes a casino may choose not to offer bonuses to a player simply because they decide not to. And the casino is entitled to do so. They should then provide you with a clear explanation based on the provider's findings, rather than simply stating that there were no winnings.
I think submitting a complaint is the right step in this situation. Our complaint team will contact the casino and ask them to investigate the incident properly. Hopefully, they'll obtain a response from the game provider so it can be clarified whether this was a genuine technical glitch and, if so, whether you're entitled to the winnings.
