if yall want a update here it is , no still have yet to receive my money, since then the co.pany has been struck off the company registrar and no longer holds a business license, thats pretty much where that stands . it needs to be known to not play here its just a website that is still claiming to have a license and im talking about a business license they dont have , nor do they have or ever had a gambling license

My story probably isn't any different.. a full week ago, I made a withdrawal after a legitimate deposit and play through was complete. Did not use any Bonus. THEY ARE NOT PAYING ME! I have e-mailed support@ritzslots.com & management@ritzslots.com multiple times yet not one reply. The people that get on chat just copy/paste the same answer over and over with no helpful information of when one can expect any progress at all. I asked the chat with a Supervisor and was told there wasn't one?? How can that be? So if they haven't paid in a full week, I don't see them all of the sudden paying so I am turning them in for Cyber Crimes with the big boys. I feel like I have to stop these thieves from ripping anyone else off. I will find any other affiliated site or sites and do the same to them as well. They must be stopped!

Hi, I see you're having a hard time and the casino is delaying your withdrawal. Wasn't it necessary to verify your identity? What did the casino tell you or are they still telling you?

I had my KYC verified 2 months ago. I am a legitimate depositor, no bonus. It’s been over a week now and I still get the same clipboard responses such as:

"Alex: We’ve received an update from the Compliance Team confirming that they’re currently waiting for the game provider to complete their review. Once that is done, it will be processed accordingly. No worries, I'll go ahead and make a follow up for you."

or:

i have asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told there is not one. I have even contacted the game provider for which I won my little bit of money on which is B gaming and they told me they have never heard of such process that Ritzslots.com tells me they are waiting for.
