Oh really? I’m having the same problem. I sent my bank statements that I only had from royal bank up until June 5. They said that wasn’t good enough. So I went to the bank today and got them to print me a statement until today’s date. Now I wait. Did you ever run into this problem with verification? I only get online bank statements like a week after month ends. So I won’t recieve my online banking statement for June until July 5th. I’m freaking out. I won like over 100,000.
From my experience with a few other casino's is they wanted proof it was my bank account and it had my name and address on it.
Not a problem as I didn't have to wait for the next statement.
I would send them proof of deposit from Gigadat which was good and I.D as well as utility bill ect and that passed verification.

Ok, well let’s hope I gave them enough information. I gave them 3 separate bank statements. Hopefully this will be enough. So stressful just trying to reclaim some of your winnings.
It was almost 5 weeks of going through all that.
I sent the same bank statements 6 times and because it took so long I was able to send the statement that did show the deposit.
I would like someone to tell how safe is that because after that point I realized I didn't want to deal with a casino like that and I'm not even sure if they have a license.
When I asked for help here like I said the time was always extended for them to respond and 5 weeks is a little long to me.
So I play the money and let casino guru know so it was marked as case closed.
I just couldn't be bothered anymore.
There are more trust worthy casinos to play at and I don't play online to much anymore because it seems like it's getting longer to be verified.
1 week ago today I won $10750 CAD and started the withdrawal process, got my maximum $750 per day and up to 3 pending withdrawals, it’s been 1 week and nothing has happened yet, my withdrawals have been pending and the chat and email give me copy and paste answers with no help whatsoever , they keep saying it takes within 3 business days for withdraws to be processed and we are at a week and nothing has been processed and talking to chat and the email they give you is like talking to a wall
