It’s obvious that "Mohammed97" is just a bot or someone from their own team trying to make them look trustworthy, despite all the issues they’ve had.
In my case, both this casino and JettBet (same group) owe me €7,000. They closed my accounts out of nowhere, even after I had made many deposits and withdrawals — and then falsely accused me of arbitrage betting to confiscate my money.
To make it worse, they still send me promotional emails regularly, even though they labeled me a "VIP customer" before. This is beyond unacceptable.

Could you please share why you chose not to raise a complaint about the casino? Please allow the issue to be investigated so that your perspective can be validated. I bet it is nothing unconventional since you already complained in the past. Allow my colleagues to assist, or else we will penalize the casino based on the issue at hand.
I just hope that we'll be able to get in touch with the casino regarding your complaint when the time comes, to tell you the truth. They don't seem to be really willing to communicate, unfortunately.

Thank you for your reply. Here is a copy of the email I sent them.
I opened an account last Monday. On Tuesday I was receiving notifications that I was accessing website from a forbidden country. I have been assured that I was allowed to play on website and was told to access through Rollino.ai I questioned if this was allowed and was assured it was fine. I have deposited a lot of Monday the past week and I struggle with gambling problems. Tonight, on live chat I spoke to grace who confirmed UK players cannot sign up and play on the site. See attached the screenshots from the conversation. I am now questioning how I was able to deposit and play on the site. I request that my deposits are refunded. Also, earlier today on live chat I asked for account to be closed due to gambling addiction. I was still able to deposit and play. I think this is completely unacceptable. I have already left a review on trustpilot about this. I want my money back as I feel I should have never been able to deposit on your site.

I don't know what this is about, because the only posts I could see under your profile, well, they're basically just insults, so I don't think anyone really knows what this all is about. But I'll get a life and leave you alone. No problem.

Regarding the complaint made by col211:
We would like to inform that the said user has used each of his deposits in full and successfully wagered his account balance.
None of the said claims would be raised by the user if gameplay outcome was to be of a winning one.
Furthermore, upon properly submitting an account closure request, the user’s accounts was handled appropriately, in accordance to the T&Cs of our website.
Rollino is a VPN-Friendly platform and as such, it respects and accounts for users’ gameplay, regardless of any geographical restrictions which are imposed at Rollino’s sole discretion, and may vary from time to time.
We hope that the above clarifies this case.

In my case, nothing has changed. Rollino still owes me €3,500.
They have never returned my money.
They have never replied to a single email I sent.
They simply closed my account and kept all my deposits.
This is unacceptable. I will continue to expose this situation until I get my €3,500 back.

And evidence you have recently changed your terms and conditions it took support nearly a full day to close my account and in doing so you continued to let me gamble. I will keep perusing this case. You changed your terms and conditions as soon as I complained here. This screenshot was taken 24 August. Now the UK has been removed from restricted countries. An explanation would be great. I suppose you will say your company can do what it wants. SCUMBAGS
