Bagefter havde jeg store gevinster og kom frem til et beløb på 9500 euro 💯Jeg tog på ferie den 3. januar og kom tilbage i dag den 12. januar! Jeg tjekkede min konto for første gang efter dette tidspunkt og var chokeret, fordi jeg pludselig kun har 322 euro tilbage på min konto! Ligeledes blev 500 euro udbetalingen simpelthen annulleret 😠 Jeg sendte en e-mail til udbetaling under min ferie, intet svar fra udbyderen!

However, you say that you completed the bonus and asked for a withdrawal of €500, which the casino later cancelled. 

After this bonus which you successfully completed you won more money and when you later came to your casino account the money was withdrawn on the basis that you had completed the bonus which did not apply to this money, do I understand this correctly ? Do you have a screenshot of this bonus somewhere ? 

Anyway, I saw that you managed to file a complaint, so we'll see where this goes. I hope you get your money.

Rollino er den største rip-off-side ud af over 10 websteder, jeg spillede. Og desværre kun ved andet øjekast, fordi alt virkede seriøst, også selvom du selvfølgelig aldrig vandt noget. De krediterede mig kort sagt ikke min bonus to gange, selvom den var aktiveret, og taler man med support, er de bare irriterede og tror i bund og grund, at det er deres egen skyld. Så kan du ikke længere hæve dine penge. Det er sket for mig to gange og for to af mine venner en gang hver.
