Frankly, when it comes to Curacao, I would not expect any less.

Other players have occasionally said the same on the forum, reporting very similar experiences with the licensor across different casinos

So, what do you suggest I do?

Well, I see no other option than to consult a legal specialist, but as I recall, the issue includes some no longer valid crypto addresses, so I wouldn't expect much either. Because, in my opinion, only the casino has the authority to cancel the disputed withdrawal and transfer funds elsewhere. When the licensor stays silent, there is no other authority that could order the casino to act.

I’m posting this because I believe the community deserves to know what is happening.

My username is Geek, and I have around $13 million in wager on this site. Despite that, I was banned from chat, live support, and email support without being given any proper reason or explanation.

This is not just about me anymore. It raises a serious question for the entire community: If a long-term user with $13M in wager can be treated like this without any explanation, what can ordinary users expect?

There are several issues that need to be addressed:

Users can be banned from live chat, live support, and email support at their discretion, without clear explanations or transparent reasons.

VIP Hosts can apparently be terminated without any explanation.

Bonuses and lossbacks are not always credited properly, while limits and requirements can be changed.

Users have reported offensive behavior and serious insults toward the site's owner, yet those reports do not always appear to result in action.

Friday Kick livestreams regularly contain excessive profanity, vulgar comments, inappropriate jokes, and content that many users find completely unprofessional.

Code and rain bots remain a major issue.

Airdrop and code requirements have been changed, sometimes leaving users feeling that the rules can be moved whenever convenient.

To be fair, the site is fast, and withdrawals are generally processed quickly. Those are genuine positives.

But a fast site is not enough.

This platform had huge potential, and many of us supported it because we believed in that potential. But reaching a certain level of success should never mean becoming disconnected from the community that helped build it.

I am not asking for special treatment because of my wager.

I am asking for basic transparency and fair treatment.

If I have violated a rule, tell me exactly which rule I violated. If there is a legitimate reason for banning me from chat, live support, and email support, explain it publicly and clearly.

But banning a user from every channel of communication while refusing to provide a proper explanation is not a solution.

Community deserves answers.

And if this can happen to a Ruby 5 user with $13M in wager, everyone should be asking themselves what protections they actually have.

Being cut off from chat, live support and email support without receiving any meaningful explanation would understandably be frustrating, particularly after such a long history with the platform.

I would separate that from some of the broader points you've raised, though.

Your wagering volume or VIP level doesn't automatically guarantee continued access to a particular VIP host, future bonuses, lossbacks or other discretionary benefits. Casinos can generally change those arrangements or restrict future promotions, provided there isn't a specific reward that was already promised to you under clearly defined conditions.

The same applies to community channels. A casino can restrict access to its chat or other communication channels, although being blocked from practically every support route without even a basic explanation is certainly not a good customer experience.

I also wouldn't necessarily expect Shuffle to explain the reason publicly. There may be situations where casinos don't want to disclose detailed moderation, security or anti-abuse information. But I can understand why you would at least expect a clear private explanation of what restriction was applied and why.

Regarding the bonuses and lossbacks you mentioned, that would need to be looked at more specifically. If there is a particular bonus or lossback that was directly promised to you and wasn't credited after you met the stated conditions, that is quite different from simply no longer receiving discretionary VIP rewards.

The other points about the livestreams, rain/code bots, community moderation and changing airdrop requirements are useful feedback for other players to consider, but they are also somewhat separate from your individual account restriction.

For context, Shuffle currently has a Low Safety Index of 4.8 on Casino Guru, with its complaint ratio being one of the negative factors in our assessment.

So I think the main unanswered question in your own case is still quite simple: what exactly caused Shuffle to remove your access to all of those communication channels, and is there any concrete financial issue connected to that restriction?
