Despite what you probably think, the Safety Index value is not about how quickly you get paid but more about whether you get paid in the casino. Since this is just a forum where you present words, not proofs, the Safety Index can't be changed based on expressed experience. First of all, each delay has to be investigated through the complaint. Forum, however, as you correctly expressed, may help other players to decide whether they want to try the casino or not based on your or anyone else's experiences.
However, we adjust the "ratings" based on the complaint outcome. As you may see, not a single complaint against the casino has ever ended up unresolved, which means all players we are aware of have been paid.

It's not perfect but this is how it basically works. We are unable to change the Safety Index each time a player enters the forum to say, "hey, I'm waiting for far too long," if you know what I mean. It is not even measurable.
Not to mention that we, forum admins, have nothing to do with the ratings; we are here to secure the forum and help players navigate the page or just help them with less complicated matters.
