Im trying to complete the kyc verification for the past 3 months but still no result....For every document I sent it takes them 3 weeks to respond...And they keep asking for more and more documents...the last 1 was a screenshot from a crypto transaction to the casino but still no response even though it's been almost a month since I sent it... It's a pity because I really like that casino but I can't play because of that situation...

No one should have to wait that long for verification. Were the documents you sent accepted, or were some of them rejected? Did they comment on the last thing you sent, i.e. your transaction? 

If I were you, I would immediately file a complaint at this link

All were accepted but it takes so long for them to respond...Now Im still waiting for their response for more than 3 weeks on the screenshot from the transaction I sent..

I would definitely expect a quicker response. Is this document/selfie still pending in your player account, or is it not possible to see the status of documents? Did you perhaps send them a follow-up email asking why it is taking so long?

It's not possible to see the status unfortunately.. I've sent them on 18th of August..So it's been a month already which is crazy.. I've sent them multiple emails during that period..All they saying is that there isn't an exact frame time,they understand the frustration but I should be patient.. It's getting ridiculous now..3 months for a kyc verification...On any other casino I've played it was done the same day I've sent the exact same documents

I don't really want to ask you to be patient, but we have no other choice at the moment until we come up with something relevant.

I didn't know public complain was a thing until a friend of mine recommend it to me..I would have done it earlier if I knew it..

Anyway I hope this whole situation gets resolved soon..
