Well, that would make me a bit angry to say in the first place. What payment method are you trying to withdraw ? When your account seems to be fine and the casino can't tell you anything, it seems a little strange to me. 

However, as I mentioned, if 14 days pass and nothing moves forward, then I would recommend filing a complaint.

However when it comes to withdrawals they really act strange. I have been waiting for it for 11 days now. Since the first day of withdrawaling i asked in live chat to get verified. They always told me its not needed and that my withdrawal is fine. After 10 days the section to verify was usable. Now i need to wait for many days again to get verified and no money in sight.

However. If you read this and want to play in this casino -better DONT. Its just frustrating and nervewrecking running after the winnings...
