Billedet viser, at der er gennemført 3 udbetalinger, hver på 500 schweiziske franc, men jeg modtog aldrig pengene; i stedet blev der på præcis det tidspunkt trukket tre gange 507 franc fra mit kreditkort.

Jeg har stadig en udestående udbetaling (se billeder) siden 14. september, den er under behandling.

I'm just asking if it is for sure debited from the casino, because we experienced many cases where scammers tried to do such a thing, but the casino was not at fault, you know.

Casino Spinsy må have debiteret mit kreditkort, for den 12. september gennemførte Casino Spinsy mine 3 udbetalinger på 500 CHF hver, og på præcis det tidspunkt blev der foretaget 3 debiteringer i stedet for udbetalinger.

Jeg har præcis disse 3 debiteringer på min kontoudtog, men pengene er ikke ankommet endnu.

Min kreditkortforsikring refunderede mig disse penge.

Nu er kreditkortet blokeret, og der kan ikke foretages flere betalinger til dette kort, og Spinsy kontakter mig ikke længere.
