Yes, I mean Toshibet Casino. Sadly, I keep opening new accounts at new casinos and then locking myself out because I finally want to stop. In 99% of cases, that works out fine, but this provider is very shady and doesn't follow any rules.
Self-discharge requests submitted via email are not answered at all. Accounts that have been closed by a proper self-discharge request are reopened. I have contacted the casino by email, and I am also trying to clarify things via live chat, but they sometimes don't even respond. As soon as you bring up the serious problems and the casino's errors, they block you or ignore the chat.

Ich habe mich per Email ans Casino gewandt, ebenfalls versuche ich im Livechat mit dem Casino etwas zu klären aber sie antworten teilweise nicht einmal. Sobald man die ernsten Probleme und die Fehler des Casinos anspricht blockieren sie einen oder ignorieren den Chat.
