It’s nonsense. Their KYC process will never end. Just today I went to verification page and it seems like they are asking for more documents. Only issue is that the form doesn’t show up. But I know that they are asking for more because there’s a red badge with a number 1. Also my account is still restricted and cannot make withdrawals

The same thing happened to me. In the chat, they pointed out that KYC information would only be provided via email and that I should wait for a reply. After four weeks, the KYC page was updated, and I was able to upload the requested documents. Yes, the KYC process was very lengthy, but Vegashero cooperated with CasinoGuru, and all subsequent payouts were processed reliably.

Hi all I’ve just made this account as I’m looking for some help and info regarding this casino, I’ve went on a good run and managed to accumulate a substantial amount of money around 88 thousand pounds, unfortunately i made a withdrawal 11 days ago and its still not been approved, i really am getting a bit worried now as i previously withdrew 200 a while back and it was in my bank within a couple days, I'm hoping im just being overly anxious but i feel with winning this substantial amount the casino is now reluctant to pay me out anything at all.

May I ask if your withdrawal was of a higher amount this time?

Have they asked you for any additional documents, perhaps?

Sometimes it may take a bit longer if the amount is higher, you know. You should always check what the max payout is, as well, so you don't go over it, actually.

Hi thanks for reply, the withdrawal is only 200 via my bank card I’ve also done an additional 50 pounds via crypto in the chance that would come through quicker, they have not asked for additional information and ensured my funds are safe and they are currently processing a high amount of transfers but I just feel it’s an unusually long amount of time to take fingers crossed that is the case and I can start withdrawing funds
