Jeg har fået gennemført endnu en udbetaling i dag. Den er ikke nået frem til min bank, men det er en helligdag, og yderligere 2 er stadig godkendte. Det er gode nyheder, selvom jeg fik en e-mail gennem min klage, hvor jeg blev afvist, hvem jeg var, og en e-mail i morges, der bad mig om at annullere mine udbetalinger. Jeg vil fortsætte med at opdatere, indtil alle mine gevinster er gennemført.
Opdatering (tirsdag): To af hævningerne på £500 er nu gået ind på min bankkonto. Jeg venter stadig på, at den tredje 'Afsluttet' betaling ankommer, og har indsendt en ny anmodning. Jeg holder denne tvist åben, indtil de sidste £500 af denne betaling ankommer, og resten af min saldo er behandlet.
Opdatering: Alle 3 ventende hævninger blev gennemført i dag og er ankommet til min bank. Jeg har nu anmodet om min næste hævning. Jeg er meget tilfreds med dagens fremskridt og vil holde denne tvist aktiv, mens jeg fortsætter med at hæve den resterende saldo.

Dette er en e-mail, jeg har modtaget, da jeg allerede har haft et par udbetalinger, så hvordan de kan ændre spillet nu? Jeg forstår det ikke. Jeg har ikke fået noget svar, siden jeg modtog denne e-mail.
Dagens opdatering
Fik i dag en ret forvirrende e-mail fra Amy, der sagde, at ventetiden på udbetalinger fra den 9. april skyldes verifikationsprocessen. Jeg forstår ikke hvorfor, pludselig da jeg er fuldt verificeret og allerede har modtaget nogle af mine gevinster, laver dette casino bare deres egne regler for at holde på mine gevinster. Jeg skal nok blive ved med at opdatere.

Det er over en uge siden, jeg har modtaget nogen bevægelser på min konto. Jeg håbede på at se flere udbetalinger gennemført inden i dag, men intet. Jeg fik en e-mail den 26/04 med svar fra den 21/04, og jeg vil forhåbentlig opdatere med en gennemført udbetaling.

Update: The casino cancelled one of my £500 withdrawals today without my consent. I have re-requested it immediately. The other two are still 'Under Review' after 13 days. It feels like they are trying to get me to play back my winnings."
Update The casino has processed one £500 but is now suggesting in emails that they will only process the others 3 days at a time. This is a clear tactic to delay paying out my full verified balance of over £18,000. I am keeping my dispute open and active until the full amount is settled."

Ive had another withdrawal completed today . Not hit my bank but it is Bank Holiday another 2 approved still processing. It's good news although had email through my complaint denying who I was and email this morning telling me feel free to cancel my withdrawals as if . I shall keep updating until all my winnings are completed
Update (Tuesday): Two of the £500 withdrawals have now successfully hit my bank account. I am still waiting for the third 'Completed' payment to arrive and have submitted a new request. I will keep this dispute open until the final £500 of this batch arrives and the rest of my balance is processed."

Weekly Update: It has been 6 days since my last successful withdrawals. I currently have 3 x £500 pending 'Under Review' with no movement. I have contacted the finance team today to request that these are processed, as the previous speed has not been maintained

Which states the company can take as long as they please to process withdrawals

"The Company reserves the right to make payments according to an individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per one transaction, and the time for this transaction, which may differ depending on the withdrawal method, your account level, or other relevant factors."
This is email I received taking into consideration ive already had a few withdrawals so how they can change the play now I don't understand ive had no reply since receiving this email

Had email from Amy today quite confusing saying that withdrawal waiting from 9th April is due to verification process i don't know why all of a sudden as im fully verified and already received some of my winnings this casino are just making their own rules to hold onto my winnings.
