Hi, it's probably not ideal if the chat keeps giving you different estimates of how long it might take. Which payment method did you choose? Didn't they verify you for this second withdrawal either?

You know that if it takes 14 days, you can contact us, although I wouldn't expect you to have to wait longer as a VIP.

They sent me a VIP invitation offering me 500 CHF free to play with 1x wager. I wagered and withdrew 300 and was paid the next day without verification needed. I have mails also where they welcome me in their VIP community. I withdrew through Bank as always on their casinos.


When i go to verification option, it says my account does not need verification. I guess since i am a VIP, it is not needed.


I contacted them today to see why it was taking so much time, they told me i was not a VIP lol i must deposit 3000 euros at least, so i sent them the proofs i played on a lot of other casinos they owned, this explains probably why i received that VIP invitation, and i also sent them the emails they sent me clearly saying i am a VIP.

Today is the 6th day i am waiting for the second withdrawal. I do not understand why first one was free gift and processed in 1 day and now i am waiting almost a week.
