I have to agree with what other people are saying here. My account was verified with vulcan and I made a withdrawal of 350 euros previously. I then got a big enough win of 2750 euros last weekend. Suddenly, they want complete bank statements, my payslips and probably my liver and kidneys by the end. I would also like to mention, that most of the other cases were closed as solved, or players stopped responding. The evaluation process, as well as the complaint process, are both very time consuming, so we can't just drop the rating down because the amount of submitted complaints has increased. All need to be carefully examined first.
