Well, I think that players who have self-excluded shouldn't be receiving this kind of material about bonuses and so on. On the other hand, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this happen at a casino, so I’m not sure how these emails or messages are sent out. Maybe they go out to everyone registered at the casino, or to everyone who subscribes to a newsletter or wants to receive updates. I’d probably check to see if that’s the case. If the system can’t detect it, then I think that might be the cause.

i understand but reopening the account after closing it due to the gambling problems without the knowledge of the ex Player it is not the good practice at all.

Unfortunately after the message from Wild Robin about the refund nothing happener. They stopped responding the emails,they did not send the refund as well. Herę the claim as well is hanging from 28.03. So my happiness was premature unfortunately.

Hello, Tomas as I see is on vacation and almost 3 weeks past and still my claim was not even addressed to the Casino…I haven’t received as well the refund. Is that possible to accelerate the actions?

I understand but it would be almost one month and bobowy turned even to Casino. Then Casino would have one week to reply. It is not proffesional help at all especially that it was prolong by Tomas before his vacation.

I think the casino will be contacted now. I know it’s not pleasant, and I think the vacation and everything else have delayed things quite a bit. But we’ll have to wait a little longer, and I’m confident that everything will be fine and things will move forward.

I really understand the vacation but if after two weeks Casino guru specialist ask AGAIN if the Casino refunded Where we have the buttom resolved and extends together 7 days after one month so sorry it is not helpful,this is a waste of my time.

After the other 7 days.Tomas is really slow…i had only positive experience with you, until now. 4 weels and Casino guru not even turned to Casino. When Tomas finally accept my 3 answers that nothing changes it would be 5 week!!!really? A little bit slow? What for is the buttom resolve ?i answered 3 time that nothing changed so give me the reason why he extended for the third time my answer!!??????
