Hi, deposited quite a lot on this site with no problem them taking my money straight away, won £300 ,tried to withdraw it and nothing , wrote to them and they said just wait 3 more working days and it will go through, then after those 3 days have passed this morning someone at their end as gone and cancelled it for no reason.

It'd be nice to know why the withdrawal was canceled so suddenly. Although "withdrawal check," which did not go well, could technically be the first phrase, it is not very helpful to leave you without more information. The way I see it, your account is fine as it is; previous withdrawals went okay, so it would make sense that the actual issue is pretty much about the "good" old finance not catching up with all the requests or perhaps some problem with the 3rd party provider. those two reasons are the most common, if you ask me.

On the other hand, it has taken far too long; more than twenty days or even longer was mentioned by the other player.

How about submitting an official complaint to us? I mean, the casino should make some effort to resolve these complications.

Hi there, it must feel quite odd waiting that long. Complaining about the casino was a really beneficial call. I guess we all want to know what the casino representative is going to say about that. I hope this is all just a temporary problem and thank you in advance for further updates.
