​I am writing to share my extremely frustrating experience with Wingaga. Before you understand why you withdrawal has remained "under review" youl have to send them a plethora of complaints . They claim a three-day withdrawal standard, but in my experience, this is completely false.

​Every single time I have attempted to withdraw my winnings, the process has been intentionally delayed. I've had to correspond with their support team multiple times, only to receive repetitive, canned responses that show no real effort to resolve the issue. The delays are clearly a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out winnings, especially significant ones.

​After enduring this for every withdrawal attempt even to the pint where they said "everything is a go on inside you should receive your withdrawal shortly. I wake up the next day and begin the process again, I still haven't received my money. I have now had to resort to the formal complaints process, but I have little hope that the casino will be held accountable for its actions as I see there a lot of reviews claiming it's a good casino. They take 3 days after you withdrawal and will likely take longer than what they even promise. I have not received my latest withdrawal attempt for 6 days. They do to their now non responsive email support. I have not had my funds come out this casino yet. Regrettable experience which delayed my playing for over 3 weeks.
