When Zeus Glory Paid you, did they pay you by international bank transfer or by using your card details? I've spoken to Monzo/HSBC/Lloyds/Revault and nationwide and non of those banks will accept payment send to a bank card... if yours was sent to a bank card, may I ask which bank it was with?

I've been told by your company that you make 10s if not 100s of payments to debit cards in the UK. However I have spoken to HSBC, Monzo, Lloyds, Nationwide.. can you tell me which uk banks allow it because they do not. See below photos

Every bank does, but did you supply your Bic number and IBAN number or did you only give zeus glory your bank card details for them to pay?
Every bank I have spoken to in the UK have told Me any payment from overseas must be made using the Iban number and Bic number, money can't be put directly onto a debit card

As I have confirmed, We have sent using only bank card Details , nothing else.
I would not go through specific cases but 99% of the UK withdrawal requests are complete using only bank card Details.
Only please go into details because i need to know which bank to use then.
Zeus glory, you have offered to help me, I'm telling you and showing you proof that barclays, monzo, HSBC nationwide and lloyds do not allow it just on to a debit card, so it might be very helpful for uk customers to your casino for you to tell us all which banks allow it

Well based on my proof and talks to the UK banks they tell me it's not possible.... so your telling me that Zeus glory is correct and every UK bank is wrong?

If a bank transfer only takes between 24 - 48 hours at most to complete, why might it take 10 working days to be recieved?
Also I was told by Lucas that my transfer was being processed, that can't be the case just yet as it's still showing on my account as still able to cancel the transaction.. if you were in the process of transferring the money. That option would no longer be available, because that amount would be going through stages to get to my bank account
Oh that depends on number of things, Banks have a lot of methods , some banks do accept those methods some do not. So if it is between local banks or between banks that have shared technology they use then it is 24-48 hours.
Believe me that is much more complicated then that when it comes to bank transfers, i do know that is what it says on google but , when it comes to overseas bank transfers between company and a individual it is a totally different story 🙂
So yes, I'm 100% sure that the timeline is more then fair given the circumstances and our Financial team will try their best to make it in a timely manner.
Not really ive played on other casinos that have done international bank transfers to pay out winnings, and it goes into my account within 2 hours of them processing it.
Well if other overseas casinos can do it using the Bic and IBAN within two hours I'm sure you can
....mine still hasn't even been processed... yet I'm a priority apparently with your financial department
If your financial department acthley submitted the transfer, that would be a start...
