I used chatgbt to find an email address, however they did not respond and it has been a few weeks. I managed to raise a dispute and they sent a refund quickly after.

So i got my dsar back from monzo. Not a single aquirer has been named on it. So pretty pointless😅 still waiting for my senior Ombudsmans decision. Ive 10 transactions raised to nxtrast, the 35 days are up on the 2nd of October so hopefully that comes through. No joy with Kryptonim virtual services, quantipay ag or transferop as these were open bank transfers.

Mine was the same, not one!! I lost the irresponsible lending with the ombudsman but waiting for the second case to be placed with the actual ombudsman after the case worker sided with Monzo. How long have you been waiting? I'm still in two minds if to try and raise chargebacks but so paranoid it will cause me issues with my case.

I got my investigator response in may. Raised to senior Ombudsman in june and been on stage 4 since then. Ive not had anymore refunds on monzo since july now, gave up with my remaning merchants.

vercs2 and tokdom are the ones I’m focusing on at the moment. If I find a working email or get anything more specific from my bank about the merchant behind either descriptor, I’ll post it here.

Please let me know what your bank shows too, especially if they confirm Xpate for jusski6 or paypay.

I haven’t had any direct refunds from jusdot5 or jusski6. I tried to resolve the transactions first, but didn’t get anywhere, so I eventually went down the chargeback route.

Some of my Xpate-related chargebacks have already been successful, but I still have transactions pending. If either of these gets resolved and refunded, I’ll post an update.

I’m especially interested to see what happens if Xpate submits another set of documents after you challenge the first response. Hopefully we’ll both have some more successful outcomes with vercs2 and tokdom soon.

Thanks, that’s useful to know. It sounds like reviewing Xpate’s evidence carefully is really important.

When your bank sent you the documents, were the inconsistencies obvious, or did you have to provide quite a detailed explanation of why they didn’t relate to the actual transactions?

I’m expecting Xpate may challenge some of mine too, so I want to be prepared if the same thing happens.
