I have, had a situation where I put a free bet on, won at 164/1 and they only paid out at 30/1. I kicked up a fuss and £941 of refunds came into my account, I can't match up the merchant because the exchange rates change the transaction amount, and no word from the casino themselves when I asked about the refunds but they were 100% from them.

Good news that you chargeback was successful, how did you go about it, did you disclose that these were gambling payments or did you just state that you don't recognise the merchant and suspect the payments are fraudulent?

Ive not gotten a response from them yet so I'm not so hopeful for a direct refund at the moment. But technically its only been 2 business days since I emailed them Wednesday evening. So I will wait for at least a full week before.

Did you find SKNVRS my bank gave some information on where they are based but nothing comes up on a search. SKNVRS - London, GB BN1 4DU.
It is a Brighton postcode so not sure why it says London. That postcode has multiple office spaces but not called SKNVRS or what they actually do.
