Hello! I passed a first verification and they also made a payment. I played and had some winnings, but when I got the draw, they told me that another check was needed! I sent the requested documents and since then they keep telling me that the verification did not pass! I've been trying to pass this second check for more than a week, now they haven't answered for 4 days!

I would say that sometimes there may be additional verification in the casino, it's not something that is uncommon. However, if your documents are not appropriate or there is something wrong with them, I would expect the casino to tell you so you can send one to make it right. I see that this hasn't happened and I would like to add that we give casinos 14 days to sort out the KYC process.

But if you haven't heard from them in 4 days and you don't know what to do and your documents are still rejected, then I would probably open a complaint on our site and our team would look into it and try to help.

I did make a deposit in this casino. Without checking it first. Huge mistake...I won 300 euros. After that and one misunderstanding I withdrew 260....after that .... I asked them in the chat support if the bonus I had ( cause this money I won by wagering the first deposit bonus) had any restrictions or I can make the withdrawal normally .... They said that there was a general restriction but it wouldn't affect my case. . today I checked and I see the amount of 155 was deducted and the reason said ' manual withdrawal '. I asked them since I didn't see any money on my account and they said that this restriction applied in my case. Now from 300 euros I managed to withdraw 105 euros. Which I didn't get yet .....I just made the withdrawal....I will get the amount. IF they accept any documents for verification if they ask one. So there a loooong way to go yet. .

Hi, I would say that the casino definitely shouldn't give inaccurate information. So if you've played with a bonus, it's always better to read the bonus terms and conditions, and if you don't understand something, go to the chat. In any case, if they confirmed that nothing would apply to your case and then applied it, that's not right. So what did they apply, some maximum cashout or something else? 

They didn't ask for verification documents, if I'm thinking correctly, right?

Så kom svaret om, at det ikke var godkendt. Sendte det igen, og nu venter jeg igen. I morgen vil der være gået 2 dage. Tjekker de også den slags ting i weekenderne, eller skal jeg vente til mandag for at få svar og så sandsynligvis vente endnu længere igen?

Jeg har ikke oplevet noget andet casino, hvor verifikationen ikke blev godkendt.

They specifically told me that they have a restriction of that kind generally in their casino but the support agent told me that from what he saw that wouldn't apply in my case. Although another department is in charge of this things he said that from what he saw that wouldn't apply to me.... which did apply in the end. Nevermind I saw so many bad reviews here for that casino that I am literally glad that I got 105 at the end. ( I got the money with no verification too) So thank god for that. I know it's not right but It could be worse. .

*The bonus I had was a first deposit bonus. I wagered the amount and withdrew the money I had left. But they said that a rule applies in thay case in which you can only withdraw 200% of the amount you deposited in the first place.

If you don't know what to do next, I understand how you feel. They still haven't told you what's wrong, or even if they do and still reject your document, I know it's frustrating.

I have the same issue with this casino. 3 weeks I have been trying to verify my account and they keep asking for the same things. I go to chat with them to ask what's wrong and in the same conversation they tell me different documents were rejected or have not been sent.

Last time they told that my id was on a white background and that is the reason it got rejected! And I took the picture on a white table at work! These guys are the worst.. 4th week now trying to verify for a win of 800euros with no luck.

Your help would be appreciated.

Yep, already sent it. I am currently on hold to complete the process. Somehow, I am sure they are going to ask for something else afterwards.

OK, as I predicted.. These guys are a joke. Again issues with the id. I sent them 4 copies from my camera but somehow they claim that it is unclear. How can this casino still operate? Makes you wonder.. How players come back to this insanity? 4 weeks to verify an account. What a joke, really..

keep in mind that they took almost 4 days to reject it. As I see it, they just want the player to quit their winnings with their tactics.

I understand this is extremely frustrating, and I admit that since I cannot see the pictures we are discussing, there is little I can add. I have no reason to doubt your viewpoint, but that is all I can offer. Please provide those photos in question to the mediator; if everything is fine, the mediator needs to see them to form his own opinion. That's fair, I believe.
