Desværre har jeg haft dårlige erfaringer med udbetalinger hos Bruce Bet. I starten, da jeg kun vandt mine penge tilbage, gik udbetalingen problemfrit. Da jeg vandt 1200 euro fra 20 euro, tog det et stykke tid. Fordi jeg flyttede, har jeg en ny adresse, jeg har anmeldt den, og den bliver stadig ændret. I løbet af denne tid havde jeg gentagne gange anmodninger om verifikation og derefter afvist, så igen, indtil det viste sig, at først skulle adressen ændres, og så skulle jeg verificere mig selv. Jeg anmodede om tilbagetrækning og ændring den 16. marts 2024, men der skete ikke noget. Kundeservice siger altid, at jeg skal vente på en e-mail.
