Every time I make a deposit it takes forever to reflect in my account. My previous payment took 6 days, yes 6 days, to reflect in my account. I contacted live support and sent them the proof. I emails support with proof of payment but just the same response " Provided the case to the relevant department" and we are actively working on the issue" I sent multiple emails and had to check in my account every day. Then 6 days later the money is in my account. The casino did not even bother to let me know the issue is resolved I just noticed when I checked again. Now exactly the same. I’ll put it very lightly - scam and avoid.

Wagering your deposit 10x (no bonus used) is crazy in the first place.

Once you hit something and want to withdraw crypto (that for normal casinos takes 10minutes) for them takes 24-48 hours on a weekday. At least that I was told.

After good 36 hours my balance was back to my account with locked withdrawal options as it was "undergoing provider review". Once asked which win and which provider they can’t say, cause they don’t want us to ping provider and get legitimacy check ourselves. And wait, it taks up to 14 days to confirm.

In other words they are using this strategy to keep your balance up and running until you will decide to play again and lose.

This is the worst casino in terms of generic emphaty and player understanding, I know it’s a business but fair play is to allow your players to withdraw if they win.

Not sure what to say convert my winnings to crypto after over 5000 worth of wagering try to withdrawal and sent back to my account with no explanation. Try to contact support and not a real human just a bot. Now I have more than tripled my winnings and wondering what is going to happen after review. I have registered to this casino,and played several times in few days. They have a large selection of games and providers,bonuses,cashback ,etc. I like'it ,until one day on the 01.30.2025,i had a lucky hand and managed to raise a winning of over 3.5k $. So i usualy try to cashout some of it, and i see they have a 950$/day limit (thats finer by me ,i say). So i withdraw 950$,then on the second day (01.31.2025) another 950$ . after few days i login to see that all the amount was back into my game balance,without notice or e-mail about it. I contacted chat support,and they sayd that the game provider have to "review" my game winning sesion,to see if it was fair paymant.Yes u read right...i say this is a big joke, its like the provider will say that : " there is no way that game could pay 3k" 🙂)lol.(If u wonder what game was that,it was THE HAND ANUBIS, Hacksaw provider) So im asking what to do next,and they say that until they finish that "review" i canot withdraw nothing,and it lasts minimum 2 weeks or more. But in the meantime i can always deposit more,unlimited 🙂). Idk if the immerion casino and the Ybets casino have a connection,but sience i registered on the immerion casino i recive e-mails from that Ybets aswell,and they look alike.Its been over 1 week now,and i still canot do withdraw.
