Venter stadig på mine penge
Et af de mere foruroligende aspekter ved dette casinos adfærd er deres engagement i uansvarligt spil, eller mangel på samme. Hvis du løber tør for penge, mens du spiller, vil de bede dig om at annullere din udbetaling og bruge pengene, blandt andre snedig taktikker for at pumpe flere penge tilbage. Det er ekstremt nemt næsten også at trykke på annuller-knappen osv. Efter min mening er det indbegrebet af ansvarligt spil at få spillere til at pumpe penge tilbage, annullere deres udbetalinger eller noget lignende, i modsætning til at lade dem tage deres gevinster og bruge dem konstruktivt eller endda ukonstruktivt. Dette firma er elendigt til det, og det er en klingende anklage mod deres luskede og "tjen penge for enhver pris"-attitude.
Jeg kan ikke udstå dette casino. Først var jeg imponeret over, at jeg havde vundet et par gange og kunne lide spillene osv., bonusserne var gode, og jeg var begejstret, fordi jeg læste om hurtige udbetalinger.
Min oplevelse har været meget anderledes. Først bad de om ingen KYC, hvilket var mærkeligt. Jeg antog, at de var nødt til det. Jeg håber virkelig ikke, at de brugte mine data fra en søsterside, som jeg også havde svært ved at få mine penge fra.
Mere præcist, jeg anmodede om en udbetaling onsdag, og den typiske annullering af pengene skete derefter, selvom jeg fik at vide, at det "ser godt ud fra vores side, og at du vil have pengene på din konto meget snart".
Deres vilkår siger udbetalinger inden for 3 dage, så jeg burde have haft min udbetaling fredag, men de annullerede den naturligvis og gav mig en uforpligtende besked. Efter at have fået at vide, at der ikke var noget at gøre i weekenden, fordi finansteamet ikke arbejder i weekenderne, annullerede de min udbetaling søndag morgen og begyndte derefter at give mig skylden og sige, at jeg havde gjort det, selvom jeg faktisk havde lukket browseren for første gang siden onsdag, og derfor har jeg bevis for, at jeg ikke engang var på siden. Men fordi det tilsyneladende var mig, der annullerede udbetalingen, starter hele 3-dages perioden for betaling igen, hvilket angiveligt er noget vrøvl, fordi de annullerede uden nogen grund, jeg kan se, og så er det latterligt at give mig skylden.
Inden for en dag er der gået en uge siden min anmodning. Supportmedarbejderne her er nogle af de værste, jeg får det samme generiske svar hver gang, hvor jeg kopierer og indsætter, og jeg proklamerer, at min udbetaling blev startet søndag, ikke onsdag. Det ene øjeblik giver de mig gratis spins, det næste siger de, at de ikke kan udstede gratis spins, mens jeg har en aktiv udbetaling i gang, selvom jeg tydeligvis havde gratis spins, der ventede på at blive brugt, og de var udstedt af dem.
Jeg har virkelig svært ved at forstå, hvad der foregår bag kulisserne her. Der er aldrig kø til support, så de virker ikke så travle, men jeg er virkelig sur over al den tid, der spildes, lyves og gives mig det på læben. Så bare en direkte afvisning af at give konkrete oplysninger om, hvornår jeg kan se mine penge.
Support sagde også, at det er dagen efter den oprindelige udbetalingsanmodning, at de skal starte udbetalingsprocessen, og dette er i henhold til vilkårene og betingelserne, hvilket er en direkte løgn. Det står der slet ikke. Hvis det er underforstået, fordi anmodningen kommer til dem sent på dagen, og det fortsætter til den næste, så er det fint, men det er ikke, hvad de sagde. De har implicit løjet og været underhånden, og jeg afskyr dem alle.
De gaslighter dig i bund og grund og får dig til at føle, at du misforstår hele situationen, der foregår lige foran dit ansigt.
Jeg kan i hvert fald ikke skrive, hvad jeg virkelig føler om disse mennesker, men jeg er glad for, at alle havde en bedre oplevelse end jeg.
Still waiting for my money
One of the more disturbing aspects of this casinos behaviour and that is there commitment to irresponsible gambling or lack thereof. If you are running low on your balance whilst playing, they will prompt you to cancel your withdrawal and use those funds, amongst other sly tactics to pump more money back in, it’s extremely easy to almost press the cancel button as well etc. In my view, getting players to pump money back in, cancel their withdrawals or anything like that, opposed to allowing them to take their winnings and use it constructively or even non-constructively is the epitome of responsible gambling. This company is woeful at it and it’s a ringing indictment on their underhanded and make money at all costs(no pun intended) attitude.
I can’t stand this casino, at first I was impressed I won a couple times and liked the games etc, bonuses were good and I was excited because I read about fast withdrawals.
My experience has been a lot different, first they asked for no KYC which was odd I assumed they had to, I really hope they didn’t use my data from a sister site who I also struggled to get my money from.
More to the point, I requested a withdrawal Wednesday, the typical they cancelled it multiple times occurred after that, even though I was told it "looks good from our end and you will have the funds in your account very soon".
Their terms state payouts within 3 days so I should’ve had my withdrawal Friday, but obviously they cancelled it and gave me the run around. Then after being told there is nothing to be done over the weekend because the finance team don’t work on the weekends. They cancelled my payout Sunday morning then proceeded to blame me and say I did so, even though I had actually closed the browser for the first time since Wednesday and so I have proof I wasn’t even on the site. But because I was apparently the one who cancelled the withdrawal this again starts the whole 3 day time period for payment supposedly which is rubbish because they cancelled for no reason I can see and then to blame me is ridiculous.
Within one more day it will have been a week since my request. The support agents here are some of the worst, I get the same generic copy and paste response everytime and blab on about the fact that my withdrawal was initiated Sunday not Wednesday. One moment they are issuing me free spins the next they are saying they can’t issue free spins whilst I have an active withdrawal occurring, even though I clearly had free spins waiting to be used and was issued by them.
I really struggle to understand what is going on behind the scenes here, there is never a queue for support so they don’t seem that busy but I’m truly pissed off at the time wasting and lying and putting it on to me. Then just a flat out refusal to offer any concrete information about when I may see my money.
Support also said it’s a day after the initial payout request is when they are to start the process for payout and this is per the terms and conditions, which is a flat out lie it doesn’t say this at all, if it’s implied due to the request getting to them late in the day which carries over to thr next then fine but this isn’t what they said, they have implicitly lied and been underhanded and I detest the lot of them.
They essentially gaslight you and make you feel like you are misreading the whole situation that’s going on in front of your face.
Anyway I can’t write what I really feel about these people but glad everyone had a better experience than I
