My withdrawal was on the 27th of March, I too will be closing my account after funds have been received. I do play at other places that payouts are very fast, via bank transfer...however my reason for playing here was because being an Australian resident, gaming providers such as pragmatic, playngo, quickspin etc are not available to play due to law changes here but were available for Australians to play at crownplay.

The terms and conditions say 3 working days and I waited 7 working days and in my opinion the casino is violating its own general terms and conditions.

In den AGB steht 3 Werktage und habe 7 Werktage gewartet und in meinen Augen verstößt das casino gegen den eigenen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.
Habe offiziell keine Beschwerde eingelegt nur hier im Forum meine Meinung geäußert.

Anyway, terms and conditions usually provide the normal time frames for withdrawals. If the casino is experiencing delays in the process flow, its first interest is not to change the terms, but to work on the problem.
So, under normal circumstances, the expected deadlines should work. To be honest, the KYC follows withdrawals, and not every verification is the same. Not speaking about additional verification. 🙁

I know your replying to another player, but in terms of verification, they won't allow me to verify my account, and in the verification section it states I don't need to which is very odd...this will be my 2nd withdrawal, I did a test withdrawal of a smaller amount, to see if they'd pay out ($60AUD) which they did in 2 days, unverified..so, to have multiple complaints about this place within the same time period, wouldn't that be of concern? They're not sending out emails to everyone on what's happening, there's no communication at all...so in my opinion, this wouldn't be a reliable place for anyone to play or join. And I still haven't received my withdrawal either.
