This, of course, can be caused by many aspects, like too many withdrawal requests, or that the casino may be understaffed, I would say. I just hope that there is nothing else to it, right? I saw your complaint, and our team will intervene after the 14 day time period we usually give casinos to proceed the payments. We'll find out, eventually, if you will need to pass thru the verification process, or the casino really doesn't need you to. I just hope, that it won't take long. in the meantime, please, inform us about any changes to your case, we'll be here waiting.

Just received an email 12.17am utc time that my withdrawal is complete. Will wait if money hits my bank account today.

This was a very unfortunate experience, and sadly will not return to crownplay due to lack of professionalism, and many more reasons.
