As Romi explained we need to follow the guidelines and basically call out the casino via the complaints procedure.

The complaints team are quite fair but with this casino and its sister site pistolo for example some serious red flags have been raised. I believe it is seriously blacklisted in canada along with malina casino https://casinosincanada.com/casinos/malina-casino/
