I always like to pass all the verification/kyc process before making any deposits and avoid any delays in potential withdrawals. I've been trying to know which documents they'll be requesting and how to upload them, unfortunately their website doesn't offer any way to do it directly.

But they don't answer my emails (sent to [email protected], all I get it's their spam. So if it's there any representative of this brand around here, let me know how do I get verified. Thanks

Hi, did the casino ask you to pass KYC? Sometimes it's not possible to do it on your own request and the documents will only be needed when the casino asks for them. Did you try live chat and write there to see if it would be possible to do it in advance or something about the whole process? 

Alternatively, don't they have something mentioned in the terms that they usually need when you have to go through this process? 

That's probably how I would start.

No they haven't asked me to pass KYC all they said was that my account it's "active", but I know how does this work; if there are some winnings and a withdrawal request they'll start asking for every imaginable piece of document, selfies and video calls etc. For me that's very stressful and time consuming.

In fact, I think passing KYC should be mandatory for all these casino/bookmaker sites before accepting anyone's money, then they can't use it as an excuse to delay payments or freeze accounts or whatever tactic they usually use to discourage clients from getting their funds.

I guess their chat it's managed by people that aren't that proficient in the English language, I spent some time asking for this information but never received a satisfying answer. There's nothing mentioned about which specific documents they'll request in their T&C either.
