Hello, So Quick update. After an intensive weekend and sending many documents i am now fully verified since yesterday (i am impressed they did this in 2 days ) however.. they still didnt manage to pay me out. I dont get it, i wait since the 06.10., i received a message from the finance Departement that after the verification i will get the money, so i verificated and still nothing. 🙄

Passing the KYC is undeniably good news, though I imagine you probably feel tense. Hold on. Considering all you have witnessed so far, I'd say it is frankly quite obvious this casino is not holding its agenda pretty well. Another delay almost feels natural - I know how that sounds, but still, you've made a significant step during the weekend! I'm positive it will work out eventually!! Just one step each time...
